Our Heritage

In January of 1995 Bible Baptist Church of Wilmington began as a mission with eight people.  By April of 1995, God had blessed the church with 40 members, and the congregation chartered as an independent Baptist church on April 30, 1995 under Pastor Kelly D. McInerney.

The Lord has sent steady, consistent growth to the church, and today, Bible Baptist Church of Wilmington, led by Pastor Joshua A. Dixon, is the largest church in Clinton County history. In addition to making a great impact in Wilmington, BBC has started churches in Springfield, Chillicothe, Marysville, Greenville, and Amelia, OH.
